This is one of our families favorite casseroles.
This recipe originates from my mom,
I only added the breadcrumb mixture for the top.
A great meal for a weeknight or a yummy way to use up that leftover turkey from the holidays.
Mom’s Divine Chicken Divan
Layer cooked & shredded chicken on top of broccoli.
Mix soup, mayo & lemon juice in a seperate bowl, then spread over chicken.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
In a small bowl melt butter in the microwave and mix with breadcrumbs. Spread bread crumb mixture over all.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
Serve on top of steamed rice.

i think i have all the stuff for it! yeah, now i don't have to go to the grocery store. we have sooo much turkey left over.
Made it, loved it. I had this all the time as a kid and just never bothered looking for the recipe. I only had to buy broccoli. Will be adding this to our "favorites" file.
